Peanut Butter Smoothie

A fresh and rich start of the day

  • 1 Banana
  • Half cup of organic dairy free milk (Coconut & Almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/2 Spoon of organic peanut butter

Mix everything until it is smooth, add milk as required to your texture.
It is also possible to do an amazing paleo ice-cream from this recipe adding 2 more bananas and 4 spoons of peanut butter. After have mixed all the ingredients together freeze it in a container over night. I ensure your Kids and Guests will love it!

Besan Flour Pancakes

Ideal for a Healthy and light Lunch Break

 ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg ground
  • 2 teaspoon of fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pink himalaya salt
  • 1 spoon of turmeric (or more)
  • sprinkle of rosemary
  • sprinkle of smoked paprika
  • 2 cups of besan flour
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Mix all together until the batter it is a flowing texture and ad flour if you need it to thicken.

Use a ceramic or stone pan and pour in the mixture gently, create a small circle and let it cook for 2/3 minutes making sure it doesn’t stick to the pan.

Turn it up side down and allow for a golden colour on the other side.
Once ready finish it with the following garnishes:

  • salad leaves: either spinach, rocket etc
  • Half Avocado
  • fried shallots
  • Tahini
  • hemp oil (Hemp seed oil has also been found to help heal skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and other rashes. The oil’s fatty acids are believed to affect immune responses in the body which helps to promote healing. This is also likely due to the oil’s perfect balance of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids.)
  • lime juice
