Most of the time I have heard people asking me how many hours of yoga I was practicing each day.
The real meaning of Yoga it is to live consciously on many different layers of life and keep that higher view in every single moment and activity you’re in, it is inner growth and daily life choices guided from a holistic point of view.
It is commitment to a discipline and to a lifestyle which get you involved 24 hours a day.
The meaning of the word “Yoga” is “union” or Connection within.
To stay tuned with our higher self and express the best version of us it is the the main concern of a real Yogi.
Systemic Yoga gives a key for each section of our life which it will lead us to find more peace and inner connection. That’s why it is a System, a mix of actions necessary to live on a higher lifestyle basis.
In fact Yoga means also ‘skill in action’.
Image life as a cake divided in 12 parts:
The Asanas (or yoga posture) are a slice of it, our diet it is another big piece (2/12), Meditation and relaxation takes 5/12 of the cake, Study, knowledge are another portion,
Friendship and Family too, find the time to do what we love and are passionate about.

Here I will identify and separate afew of the most important sections of it, with the only purpose to help and support you in undertaking all those actions that will lead to a harmonious and peaceful place within and without.
Om Shanti
